The second annual Kinsale Cup will take place from 15 to 17 January 2027 at the scenic Kinsale Hotel and Spa in Cork, Ireland, with world class competition, including several grandmasters ready to test their skills in the Emerald Isle.
The unique format features three KOs across three days, meaning you are alive and competing each day, with stunning Irish bay and countryside views from every table in the luxury hotel. But it’s much more than just a premium tournament; it’s a foodies and socialites dream, with fine-dining experiences, live music, drink specials and more ensuring it’s an event not to be missed.
We’d love to see more UK players make the short trip across the pond (there are plenty of cheap flights into Cork), so we will be running a series of satellite qualifiers between now and December where players who haven’t already signed up can win their entry, registration, players’ dinner and 2 nights accommodation (valued at €740) for just £60.
The 16-player KOs will be played across 10 days from Fridays to the following Sundays, with the runner-up also receiving their entry fee (valued at €300). Plus, all players who register and don’t win, will receive a discount code for €30 off a Kinsale Cup ticket. So if you’re thinking about buying a ticket anyway, you get a free crack at winning one.
And, as a final incentive, anyone who plays in three or more qualifiers and doesn’t win a prize, will enter a free draw to win their Kinsale Cup entry and registration.
