Blackpool 2024 will be bigger and better this year! Due to ongoing demand for places, as we sell out a year in advance, we have increased the attendance from 128 to 160 and we have also split the flights into Intermediates and Masters.
All of your old favourite side events are there including the Erhan Trophy, Gammoner Trophy, Saturday night triples, Four Regions challenge, poker, and new this year is the Artgammon trophy for players still looking for action on Sunday afternoon – and best of all that is another freeroll, meaning no additional entry or registration costs.
We kick off our Freerolls on Friday afternoon at 2pm with £400 added to the winners, another Freeroll Friday evening with £400 added and finally another £400 added to the Friday evening jackpot. This year we have added a residents’ shootout with £300 for the winners, again free to enter. We’re also delighted that Richard Biddle of the London Players League has very kindly donated a week’s holiday at a cottage in Devon for us to raffle at the event.

Of course many of you already know that this is primarily a charity event, and because of this the organisers do not take any expenses at all – however, they will accept a drink or two over the weekend!
